As Swig + Swallow mixers are perishable, we cannot accept returns.
Should anything be amiss once your order arrives, please contact us directly so we can address your concerns. Please fill out the contact form on our website, or call us directly on: (347) 308-7120. All queries will be responded to within 24hrs.
CANCEL AN ORDER
If you wish to cancel an order, please email [email protected] Let us know straight away so we can address the situation accordingly. Orders can be canceled, as long as the order has NOT been shipped.
COLLECTING YOUR INFO
We do not collect any information unless you voluntarily provide it to us. On our website, you may be asked to fill in personal information (such as: name/email/mailing address/credit card information/billing address) when submitting a form, placing an order or signing up for our mailing lists or special offers.
